Wolf Gugler recruits on behalf of many top employers in Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Prior to incorporating in 1997, Wolf was a Senior Associate with a Toronto-based executive search firm. Gugler’s prior experience includes Sales, Marketing, and Retail management. He’s a Human Resources graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University, Toronto, Canada.
He consults with a broad range of clients including Retail, Industrial, and Distribution firms, B2B, and service organizations. Both multi-billion-dollar corporations and smaller entrepreneurial firms have retained his firm to assist them in their quest for top talent. He is accustomed to difficult searches, producing results where others have failed.

He served on the Retail Council of Canada’s Annual Conference Committee and was a judge for the “Excellence In Retailing” Awards.

- Is a volunteer responder with his city’s Emergency Management and disaster preparedness and response team.
