Wolf is the founder and President of Wolf Gugler Executive Search. He has established his reputation by specializing in retailer/supplier executive searches.
Wolf recruits on behalf of many top employers in Canada and the U.S. Before establishing his own business in 1997, he was a Senior Executive Search Associate with a national executive search practice. His prior experience includes progressive sales, marketing and operations management positions within the Communications and Retail industries. He is a human resources graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.
Wolf consults with a broad range of clientele, including firms in the retail and distribution sector, as well as numerous manufacturing concerns. Both multi-billion-dollar corporations and smaller entrepreneurial firms have retained him to assist them in talent search and recruitment.
Wolf has contributed numerous articles and studies to a variety of Canadian and US publications.
Wolf is the Past President for his local Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) chapter. He was previously President for the Toronto Chapter of Sales & Marketing Executives International (SMEI) and on the Retail Council of Canada’s Annual Conference Committee as a Judge for the Excellence in Retailing Awards.
